I asked those who are following the Pure TV Network on Twitter “Will Izzie die tonight on Grey’s Anatomy?”
I got a bunch of responses to whether Izzie will die on tonight’s Grey’s Anatomy finale. Check out people’s opinions on Katherine Heigl’s possible death:
My answer to “Is it wrong to *hope* so?” was “Since it’s TV, no. If it weren’t TV, then yes. So, hope away.”

I can’t wait to enjoy 2 hours of pure Grey’s with my wife. What better birthday gift could I give her?
