So, which of the premiere’s are you most looking forward to see? My list includes, The Bachelor, Shark Tank, Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice (kind of), Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains, The Amazing Race (my favorite), and Celebrity Apprentice. I’m also confused since I don’t see Dancing with the Stars on my list above. I know season 10 of DWTS is happening sometime too. Maybe they haven’t announced a date yet.
Please let me know of other shows that are missing and I’ll update them. Thanks!

Grey’s Anatomy and Survivor…I Love Thursdays
Written by: JohnI can’t tell you how muzh I love Thursdays. Survivor has been off the charts this season. Russell is arrogant, but is great television. I think he’s going to get it handed to him tonight. You had to know that his arrogance was going to catch up with him sooner or later. I am just really happy that he’ll at least be on the jury. Can you imagine?
Grey’s Anatomy should be great as well. Izzie is back and that’s good since I just hated having her storyline just sitting there. We need some resolution to that story. Whatever resolution that may be. I also only ask the writers one thing: Do not touch little grey. She’s my favorite and must stay on the show.
Private practice is on tonight also, but I’m behind on those shows and so I’m not sure I’ll ever get back to it. Is it even worth it? That show has just been a little weird for me lately.

Katherine Heigle (Izzie) Back on Grey’s Anatomy and T.R. Knight (George) Gone
Written by: JohnFans of Grey’s Anatomy (like myself) have been holding our collective breather after Izzie sees George in kind of an angel/death type sequence. They love those cliff hangers. There had been rumors about Katherine Heigle and T.R. Knight not coming back to Grey’s Anatomy next season, but now it seems that Izzie will be back on Grey’s Anatomy season 6, but T.R Knight will be packing his bags.
I think this is a good thing since Izzie has a lot of really interesting storylines and George’s story line had basically flat lined.
The real question is whether Izzie will some how miraculously recover or whether she’ll return as a ghost. I’m thinking after Denny’s ghost visits it must be the first.
The above link also reports that Jessica Capshaw (Dr. Arizona Robbins) has become a show regular.

Will Izzie (Katherine Heigl) Die On Tonight’s Grey’s Anatomy
Written by: JohnI asked those who are following the Pure TV Network on Twitter “Will Izzie die tonight on Grey’s Anatomy?”
I got a bunch of responses to whether Izzie will die on tonight’s Grey’s Anatomy finale. Check out people’s opinions on Katherine Heigl’s possible death:

My answer to “Is it wrong to *hope* so?” was “Since it’s TV, no. If it weren’t TV, then yes. So, hope away.”
After my responses, I also got these 2 interesting replies about Izzie’s death on Grey’s Anatomy and my opinion:

I can’t wait to enjoy 2 hours of pure Grey’s with my wife. What better birthday gift could I give her?

Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight May Be Leaving Grey’s Anatomy
Written by: JohnCan you imagine Grey’s Anatomy without Izzie and George? Well, Yahoo TV is suggesting that this could be a strong possibility. From reading the various sources/rumors it sounds like it’s not completely decided, but the option of Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight leaving is being discussed.
Honestly, I’m not sure anyone would miss T.R. Knight. Think back to the last major thing you can remember “George” doing on the show. He’s basically “The Chief’s” little run around boy with no story lines going on. That basically means that there’s no reason for him to stay. It’s too bad, because I loved his character when he was getting married and even when little Grey was interested in him. Too bad the show ruined little Grey for me, but that’s a topic for another post.
On the other hand, Katherine Heigl would be a character I’d definitely miss. I’m glad her dead boyfriend is gone, because that was just weird. However, Izzie has been a great character and still could do a lot of interesting things on the show.
Either way, Katherine Heigl has a ton of options. T.R. Knight probably does also, but Katherine is going to be a superstar if she wants to be. It will be interesting to see what happens with their characters.
I’m really looking forward to the Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice crossover on Thursday. Addison should really not kiss McDreamy. How wrong is that!?!!?!!

Grey’s Anatomy Quotes and Comments
Written by: JohnTonight’s Grey’s Anatomy was as good as any I’ve seen. Except for little Grey. I hate that her and Sloan are together. Sloan can never go back and be the nice guy, but now little Grey is no longer the good girl either. They’re going to have to introduce a nice new girl, but I digress.
The following are my favorite Grey’s Anatomy quotes from tonight’s show:
“I loved you so much I thought being with you was heaven.”
“Am I an executioner or am I a surgeon?”
“You’ve got some problems, some big problems.
Will you go out with me anyway?”
The first one is what I tell my wife.
The second one was just stunning to think about.
The third one makes me laugh since Yang is the last person to talk about someone not having problems.
Very interesting episode. I can’t wait for 2 weeks when they have the combined Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice episode. That has truly never been done. I can’t wait to see what they do. Makes complete since why they’d do it.

Brooke Smith’s Gone from Grey’s Anatomy
Written by: JohnPeople TV Watch reported that Brooke Smith is no longer going to be on Grey’s Anatomy after tonight’s episode.
The romance is over for Brooke Smith’s character on Grey’s Anatomy: the actress has abruptly been written out of the hit medical drama.
Smith, whose character Dr. Erica Hahn had just begun a lesbian affair with Sara Ramirez’s Dr. Callie Torres on the ABC show, told EW.com that Grey’s creator Shonda Rhimes “just suddenly told me that they couldn’t write for my character anymore.” Adds Smith, “it was the last thing I expected.”
Smith’s last Grey’s appearance will be Thursday’s episode, but don’t expect any closure for her character. “My final scene is just me heading to my car,” says Smith. “I honestly don’t know what happens in the next episode.”
I must admit that I’m personally pretty glad. She kind of grew on me a little bit over time, but I really didn’t like her when she first showed up on the show. At the end of the day, the best part of her character were her and Yang fighting. That part I will miss. I wonder who they’ll get to replace her character. They’ll still need someone to do all the work on the hearts, no?
The past 2 days my wife and I were both just wanting Addison to move back to Seattle and Grey’s Anatomy. At least give us a cameo or something. I think we’d all love it.

Isaiah Washington Out of Grey’s Anatomy from TheNewsRoom
Written by: JohnI’ve finally taken the plunge and followed along a bunch of my friend bloggers that are doing The News Room. I really thought it was an interesting concept when I first saw it, but I wasn’t sure how well it would be executed and how profitable it will be. I must admit that I’m still a bit skeptical, but I figured I’d give it a try. I figure I also have a number of blogs and a couple have a pretty good amount of search engine traffic around TV related topics so maybe I could do pretty well with it.
In fact, my first New Room post is a video talking about Isaiah Washington getting the boot off the hit TV show Grey’s Anatomy. Take a look:
Well, I think it’s sad that Burke is gone. I liked his character and they had built some really good story lines around him. It’s unfortunate that he can’t speak freely without repercussions to his job. However, he is in the spotlight and so I guess it kind of makes sense that he needs to watch himself.
I think I might have problem with newsroom, because I don’t think that WordPress.com supports it. I’ll have to try later and see. However, WordPress.com is quite strict about what they allow to be posted on their site. I think that the embedded flash widget (at least that’s what it looks like) is probably not going to work. Not to mention some of the javascript functions. Did you hear me News Room? WordPress.com would be great for you to tap into.
For those interested in using The News Room to embed videos and make money. Here’s some details:
-Make money via advertising share, CPM start at $1
-Put relevant, timely news on your site.
-Earn prizes including electronics, vacations, and cars when you participate
-It’s easy and free to embed videos
-The videos come from high quality sources.

Grey’s Anatomy Episode Streamed Online
Written by: JohnTonight I was able to watch the Grey’s anatomy episode. I have to admit that it isn’t as captivating as it was last season. I’m quite disappointed. I’m not sure why. I think they just need to introduce some new characters that make the current characters more interesting.
The little girl that didn’t have pain was a really interesting story line. Having Izzy (however you spell it) stand outside the hospital was dumb. That’s crazy, unbelievable and boring. Tell her to get on with life or send her back to her room so we can stop wasting our time on her. Let her greeve in peace.
Buy Grey’s Anatomy DVDs, T-shirts, etc
If you didn’t get a chance to see the show then you can see the Episode of Grey’s Anatomy online at ABC.
It’s still worth watching, but they need to step it up or it’s going the way of many other shows.
