Tina Fey previously did an amazing Sarah Palin with Amy Poehler doing Hillary Clinton on SNL. In true SNL fashion, Tina Fey returned again as Sarah Palin being interviewed by Katie Couric.

SNL is good and Tina Fey is just unbelievable. Of course, my favorite quote from Tina Fey this week was, “I hope that come November I can stop playing Sarah Palin.” If Palin doesn’t win, then I hope she stays in the spotlight at least enough for Tina Fey to play her again. It’s just wonderful television.

Saturday Night Live has always done a good job covering the various political figures, but this has to be one of my favorite SNL political skits. Probably because Tina Fey does an incredible job of doing Sarah Palin. In fact, my wife said that she looked like Tina Fey before they’d even tried to do the skit. It was nice to see Amy Poehler do another rendition of Hillary Clinton before Hillary is out of the news for a while.
